The Taleons
|
Three years ago they came. From another
galaxy. With them they brought the cures
for our diseases, they fed our hungry,
and put an end to our wars. When they
returned to space, they left behind 71 of
their own. Companions to help guide and
nuture us. For three years we trusted them
Now when we have begun to ask, why are you
here?, we recieve only silence. A few of us
have started an underground resistance, one
dedicated to uncovering the Taelons true
agenda.

Taelon Biology
|
The Taelons seem to be an energy-based
lifeform. They use a synthetic skin
while interacting with humans. Their
true forms are noticeable when they
"blush". This is how they show
emotion.
Unlike humans, the Taelons only have
one sex. How they repeoduce is
unknown. To make it easier, they
are refered to in the masculine
sense.

Taelon Culture
|
Recently it was learned that the Taelons
are a collective. That each Taelon is
connected to the whole. Because of this
they believe that terminating one life
to save the whole. There are no
indiviuals. This would explain alot of
their actions during their time here on
Earth.
They are led by a ruling body. This is
called the Synod. The Synod is led by
Qu'on. How a Taelon may become a member
of the Synod is unknown.
Their language, called Eunoia, is a mix
between whispering and singing. Only
one human has been able to speak it
fluently. However, he died after a failed
assanation attempt on the American
Companion, Da'an.
Little else is known about the Taelons
and they refuse to answer any of our
questions.
